• We required their services a few months back due to a leaking water tank. They were quick to respond and install a new tank for us. I explained some issues we were having as well before the leak where we were not getting sufficient hot water to fill our deep tub on the second floor. Thinking we might need a bigger rank, they confirmed we would be fine maintaining the same tank size. Once they were done, we had a new tank and hotter water than ever. • We had some issues with the gas furnace for more than a year. Sometimes it would heat properly, but at one point the heat would stop and only cold air would come out. Before contacting Manotick Heating & Cooling, we hired two different companies to sort it out, but although they were able to make it heat for a few hours, they never sorted it out, and yet we paid for their « service ». Even when we followed up by phone or email, at one point they just stopped responding. The service we received here was perfect from A to Z! When writing to Manotick Heating & Cooling, they literally called back within 3 minutes, informing us of their availability and mentioning there would be an emergency tarif as we were out of regular business hours. Tarif that seemed reasonable to us. Then they sent someone quickly. That employee did a diagnostic and was able to provide a recommendation and a timeline to fix the issue. He brought back portable heating units to ensure we would be comfortable overnight, as they planned to get the replacement part the following day. The following day another employee was assigned to install the replacement part, and not only he did it quickly, but he also ensured everything was functioning properly. The problem is now solved, and the price for everything seemed very reasonable to us. Every employee we dealt with was courteous, professional and took the time to explain what was going on.
