  • The staff was very well organized and highly professional. The inspection was completed thoroughly and exactly as expected. Thank you, Lucas, for the excellent service. What impressed me most is the company’s honesty. There was no pressure for immediate payment, and they even contacted me to reschedule my original early May appointment due to cold temperatures, explaining that the inspection would not be worthwhile at that time. This shows they genuinely care about providing good service, not just making money. Excellent experience overall.

Based off of reviews and their location, I contacted rogers heating and air conditioning I had rogers come and inspect and service a very cold and drafty gas fire place. I couldn't be happier with h the service. Tom was very knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely be contacting this company for future hvac needs

  • We are new to Ottawa and the house we bought had a fairly new Roger’s furnace and AC units. I can clearly see why. Saturday of thanksgiving weekend our Summit (now Reliant) gas water heater quit working. We phoned 8 companies and only Roger’s was willing to send someone to try and get us back in business. The technician was incredible and stayed 45 minutes to insure the problem was resolved. Needless to say we have ordered a new Woods gas water heater from Roger’s to be installed October 20 th. We know that if there is a problem that Roger’s will bend over backward to help us. If you own a rental gas water heater buy a new unit from Roger’s . The rental company’s service is unreliable and they do not care.Roger’s installed the new water and did an excellent job!

  • I don’t think I’ll ever go to another HVAC company again. Jon came and took a look at my furnace after Enbridge said it needed to be serviced and he did a wonderful job! Extremely thorough and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He recommended I replace my furnace in the next few years and I definitely know that Rogers Heating and Cooling will be the ones I’m getting my new furnace from and installed by. If you’re looking for a reputable and excellent HVAC company, this is it. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

  • Big shout out to Tom and Marcos of Rogers Heating and Air Conditioning. They took on what turned out to be a major job for me as the old 2002 furnace that needed to be replaced as well as the air conditioner coils in the townhouse I just purchased were in really sad shape. It turned into a six and a half hour job. Both Tom and Marcos were lovely to deal with and left me with great peace of mind and a brand new sparkling furnace room. When I told Tom I’d pay for the extra time he said “a quote’s a quote”. Very honourable :). The price was already extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Rogers Heating and Air Conditioning.
