  • They say they're open 24 hours but don't waste your time. We had a furnace emergency around noon on Sunday before a -16c night. Their phone system gave us the run-around (their regular and emergency numbers go to the same voicemail - exact same recording and phone system options on both numbers), their chat system didn't respond and we didn't hear anything back until 8am. We had an exchange over text message this morning and they told me "We are open 24 hours for our existing customers." This is not stated on their website, chat system, Google listing, or voicemail recordings. Anyway, another company with similar "24-hour" messaging resolved our issue promptly.

  • We first called for a maintenance work, and the team was really upfront with all the issues my AC unit had. I knew about it, so it was about time to get a replacement. So we shopped around, but the price we got from ServicePlus was unbeatable. Then the installation crew came in to install, and they went above and beyond with it. They replaced the electrical switch that wouldn't handle the power of the new unit, they ran new wires, installed the unit on top of a support so I doesn't get in touch with the floor, answered all questions and we can't be more satisfied with it. Now our home is cool again, and we are confident if we need anything, ServicePlus has our back.

  • We had a furnace at a rental that failed on a Friday during the January cold snap. Andrew replied to my call on the weekend, analyzed the problem over the phone, and ordered the part that was likely to have failed so he could install it Monday morning. On Monday morning it was installed and fixed the problem, but unfortunately the old furnace had excessive carbon monoxide output and had to be replaced. He scheduled a replacement furnace install for the next day. After that new furnace was installed, it was not putting out enough heat to bring the units up to a comfortable temperature. Andrew came back and analyzed the problem, discovering that the cold air in the furnace room was not allowing the furnace to heat the air sufficiently. He insulated the furnace room completely, which brought the temperature up, and also installed a new slightly higher BTU furnace just to ensure that the heating would be sufficient, all at no extra charge. I am very impressed, and will call him for any future heating needs.

  • Such an excellent experience dealing with Service Plus Heating! Andrew was extremely helpful from the time he provided the quote until he finished the installation of our hot water tank. Their prices are very reasonable, and they provided a better warranty than Enercare did. Andrew and Zack were extremely professional and polite. They did a very clean job and ensured we were 100% satisfied before they left. No walls were damaged during the install, and they literally provide a red carpet experience...literally (see pics)! They send a courtesy text a few minutes before arriving to the house so you are not surprised, and they kept their masks on during the entire installation due to COVID-19 restrictions. I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

Most companies were unable to come the same day so I kept calling other companies but when I fell on ServicePlus, Andrew took the call. He was the only one of all the companies that I call that day that asked me what was my AC issue. He was so helpful, I felt at ease right away. He came today and fixed my AC problem in 2 seconds.
