I like the company very much but they got an AI answering service. It was not passing my messages to the person on call. Very frustrating. When the person on call finally got my message, he was very helpful. Hopefully they will fix this before the winter season.

Programmable thermostat was installed for $85. Cannot program it. Saw technician pushing buttons for set up but no demo or explanation was provided. Asked for user guide for programming, hoping tech would give a demo. He was not very approachable. Now we cannot program the thermostat using the directions in user guide. Have to manually adjust the temperature. Need assistance. 10.09.26 Updated review. Dole contacted me about my problem and scheduled a follow-up appointment. The techs had a conversation with me, asking questions and listening to me. Had to factory reset to erase prior programming to allow thermostat programming. Thanks for the follow-up and thanks to the techs for having a conversation with me to ensure the issue was resolved.

Dole Heating & Air consistently parks on the sidewalk, forcing their neighbors to walk in the street. Ignoring the fact that it is against St. Louis City Municipal Code 17.24.070 to park on a sidewalk, I find it concerning that this company continues to put their own convenience above the safety of their neighbors which includes the students at Lift for Life Academy. While I have never used their services, I would be remiss to support a company that does not care about its fellow community members and forces them into dangerous situations all because they don't want to park a little further away. The truck shown in the photos is a regular offender.
