We offer a wide range of residential and light commercial heating and cooling services including installations, service, repairs, and maintenance for virtually any furnace or A/C unit. We’re not like the other guys who take shortcuts, resulting in you needing another repair in a week or two, we have a demonstrated history of getting the job done right the first time. Nick came out within a couple of days, took the time to properly diagnose the problem, and explained everything clearly. They not only cleaned my ducts and dryer vent but also fixed a disconnected vent that was affecting my dryer’s performance. • Our furnace motor went out the day we returned home from vacation (on a Saturday of course). We called another HVAC service company before reaching out to DucTech and were quoted 2 times what we paid with DucTech to replace the motor. Rather than being told we needed to replace the entire unit they came out after ordering the part and it was fixed within 20 minutes. Ben went above and beyond to provide us with space heaters to warm our house since it was January as well as keep in contact on the status over the weekend until it was fixed. • Our air conditioning needed a full replacement. I got quotes from 3 companies and then called Patrick at DucTech. He came right over explained what was wrong with my old system and that I did need a new one. He reviewed my options and his quotes were far lower than the other companies.
