We recently had a 'worst case scenario' situation: furnace failure during a sub-zero temperature stretch while we were out of state due to emergency travel. I received an automatic email notification that my Wifi thermostat lost connection with my home Wifi service late on a Wednesday afternoon - which sometimes happens during a power outage or Wifi interruption. But there was no notification that the Wifi connection had been restored as of Thursday early AM, so I decided to connect with a trusted neighbor to confirm whether our furnace was still working... he entered our house with a spare key and reported that our house was 40F at 8:30AM, furnace was dead, thermostat blank. I immediately called Four Seasons, described my panic situation with Howard, who immediately committed to sending a most capable furnace service technician Dan to our home by noon to restore furnace operation. Dan proceeded to visit without me present and restore power to the furnace via spare parts he had available. Parts were ordered but were not going to arrive until early next week - and the fix in place on Thursday was not expected to be permanent until parts arrived. That kicked off 48 hours of furnace running to heat the home only to fail again, requiring Dan to visit and reset the switch - all while we were still not able to return home. In the meantime, Howard was in touch with me before 5:00AM on Saturday to confirm if the furnace was working (it wasn't). Ultimately, later Saturday AM with further troubleshooting Dan found a clever, reliable fix to replace the faulty switch until the new parts arrived; that fix kept the furnace running through the weekend until the parts arrived. Update from the following Monday: furnace fixed, still under warranty, new parts installed and one very grateful and happy customer. Four Seasons Air Specialists have earned my business going forward... thank you Howard and Dan!! My urgency became their priority. Trusted in your home even when you are not.

We recently had a failure of the inducer fan in our 15 year old Lennox furnace. A co-worker suggested I contact 4 Seasons as he has been completely satisfied with their service provided when needed. Howard went right to problem solver mode. He had me find the model and year numbers and asked me a few questions to pin down the issue. The tech arrived with the necessary replacement part and was in and out of our house, job complete, in less than 30 minutes. With no downtime - our situation was diagnosed and repaired before there was a complete failure.

We recently had Four Seasons Air Specialists replace our furnace and install a heat pump. This was an unexpected expense for us and we needed time to understand our options before we could comfortably move forward. Howard and his staff patiently explained our options so we could confidently take the next step. Most impressive of all, because this was anticipated to take a few weeks and we had non-working air conditioning during the hottest days of the summer, Four Seasons loaned and installed a used A/C motor to help bridge the gap. Howard won the bid by being exceptionally attentive to the needs of the of the building for best operation while still be mindful of the cost to me as customer and client. I had a prior company inform me that my furnace should be replaced. I spoke to Howard at Four Seasons and he was able to drive over to give me an estimate just a few hours later the same day. During his visit Howard took a close look at our system which is more complex due to it's connection with our indoor pool equipment. He was able to assess that a new unit wasn't needed and he was able to replace the broken belt which was causing our our heating issues. Howard also inspected our humidification system on his way out and provided some very helpful advice on how to maintain our systems. I am hugely appreciative for their excellent advice and service, I expected to pay thousands and ended up with working heat again before the afternoon was over!

I had Apollo diagnose and easily tell me I needed a new furnace. However, Howard and I got in contact and he offered a second opinion. He came to my home- very punctual I might add, and told me my equipment is still working but needs to be replaced, and I should start thinking about my options. He pointed out things Apollo failed to mention, and worked on my furnace to buy us some time. On top of the service, prices were VERY reasonable!! Thank you Four Seasons for promptly coming out to our house on the coldest day of the year (2/6/21)!! We woke up this morning and it was 10 degrees cooler in our house than what we had the therostat set for. We had Four Seasons install a new heater about 5 years earlier and this was the first time it failed. We were lucky that the service technician was in the area when we called. Great job on the new Lennox furnace and air. I already notice the at air does not run as much as the previous unit. Knowledgeable techs. Only downside is the Honeywell programmable thermostat. Wish I had the previous Honeywell programmable one. Contrary to the old one, this is neither intuitive or easy to program. I'd prefer the old one back.

I had a very positive experience working with Four Seasons Air Specialists. Howard responded quickly to my request for quote and came out promptly to assess the job. He was knowledgeable and listened to what was important and suggested a couple of options for me to give some though to. The proposal was priced fairly and presented the options so they could be included or declined. Following acceptance of the proposal the install was scheduled for later the following week. Dan, the service engineer who ran the job was efficient and had the old furnace out and the new furnace in and ready for power up in just a few hours. Great peace of mind having an efficient new furnace on the job generating monthly energy savings. If you need a furnace or AC unit in the NE Metro you would do well to give these folks a call.
