Our Split System was serviced, and then low and behold right after our system was serviced we a coolant leak...The coincidence was suspect, they denied the it. but our problem had nothing to do with a leak, the fan needed cleaning, which during the cleaning the coil was compromised.

On Wednesday, I had a mini-split installed in my lower level so I can sew and long arm quilt in comfort. It has been too cold down there, year round, for me to enjoy going down there. From my first call to Joe requesting an estimate, until it was installed I received great service. The service felt personal, my concerns and questions were answered quickly. The Team who performed the installation were also kind and professional, including me in decision making and updating me on their progress. The technician was very knowledgeable. He cleaned and serviced our two air conditioners, one of which had wire damage from mice. He added coolant to one of them and did it all very efficiently. We were very satisfied with the work.

Friendly staff and very responsive / available when I needed them on a quick timeline to inspect my Furnace & AC before selling our house. Easy to work with and they came out quickly to perform the service. Communication was good and everyone was great. That said, after looking around - I did some shopping and price comparison. Had I been on a longer timeline, I definitely feel like I overpaid for what I got and the time spent at the house. Almost $400 for an inspection of the Furnace & AC that took ~45 minutes (and did not include any tune-ups/repairs) seemed a little steep.
