had a technician came out to look at my furnace because it wasn’t heating, and when he arrived, he looked at it and realized it was still new and since it might still be under warranty we called and confirmed with the company who installed it and indeed it was. i didn’t realized because i just moved into the home not that long ago. Would definitely recommend their service for their honesty and informative.
