• Poor Workmanship and Lack of Accountability I hired Eco Air Florida Inc. in May 2026 to replace my attic A/C ductwork. Another HVAC contractor later identified multiple installation issues, including improperly connected ducts, sharp bends, compression, and inadequate support. Their website shows employees in company uniforms and branded trucks, yet the person who performed my installation had neither. When I questioned the office manager about misleading advertising, he informed me they use independent contractors. I sent two formal complaints that went unanswered. I was then promised someone would inspect the work, but nobody showed up or followed up. I paid for professional workmanship and expected the company to stand behind its work. Instead, I've received poor workmanship, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability. A professional-looking website means nothing if the company doesn't stand behind its work. I would not recommend Eco Air Florida Inc.

• I was at my wits end with our air conditioner. We were constantly clearing the drain pipe and it seemed the air conditioner could not keep up with this heat. We woke up to an 82 degree house. Barry came out that same day and put in a temporary condenser so we could have air immediately. We decided to replace the entire system and bring the unit down from the attic (which we had been wanting to do) to the ground floor. Having the unit in the attic was nothing but headaches every year. Our system was 13 years old. Barry scheduled the job for the next day. Woohoo! The 2 man team completed this huge job in one day. They got rid of the attic unit, put in a new air handler, put in a new condenser, ran all necessary ductwork and electrical work. The guys worked hard all day, hardly a break was taken, cleaned everything up and explained the new system. They were professional and courteous at all times. They did a fantastic job. The cost was comparable to other companies. I would recommend this company to anyone.

• I highly recommend Eco Air to anyone looking for a reliable and honest HVAC company. I met Barry Andrews through Facebook Marketplace, and from the very beginning he treated us with professionalism and respect. He gave us an exceptional price on both our new air handler and outdoor condenser unit—far better than any other quote we received. What really stood out was Barry's willingness to work with us financially. Since my funds came in later than expected, he offered us a payment plan, which made it possible for us to move forward with replacing our system. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Our installation had a few bumps at first. The initial technician accidentally broke our condensate drain pipe and didn't let us know, so I purchased PVC pipe and repaired it myself. The technician also forgot to reconnect the second UV light that had been installed on our previous air handler. I brought both issues to Barry's attention, and without hesitation he sent another technician to correct everything. That showed me that Barry stands behind his work and genuinely cares about his customers' satisfaction. Now our new AC system is running outstanding, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Because of our positive experience, I even referred Barry to my neighbor last night, as both of her AC units are no longer blowing cold. • Recently, we had to have all of our duct work and AC unit replaced. Eco Air's pricing was very competitive and the work itself was completed quickly and professionally! We had a couple of issues along the way (by no fault of Eco Air) and the whole team from Barry, the office, and the techs were more than helpful in helping us get everything resolved. • These guys are great they came out and assessed the issue and fixed it for under $850 when 3 other companies told me it would be $10k for a new system. They said I did not need a new system but rather some small repairs and a complete coil cleaning. I was happy to pay them they really saved the day.
