• My AC stopped working, and Timothy from Sarah's Air came out to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, they improperly installed the contactor wiring by reversing the wires. Because the system still would not run, they then spent approximately 3.5 hours "troubleshooting" and installed several additional parts that now appear to have been unnecessary. I was billed $493, and the AC still was not working. At that point, they advised me that the entire system needed to be replaced and quoted me $8,925 for a new installation. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from another HVAC company. Within about 10 minutes of arriving, they discovered that the contactor wires had been installed incorrectly by Sarah's Air. Once the wires were corrected, the system immediately started working properly. I contacted Sarah's Air and spoke with the manager, Shane. He told me he would discuss the situation with the owner and get back to me regarding at least a partial refund, especially since I had to pay another company to correct their mistake and because the additional parts they installed may never have been needed in the first place. I waited weeks and followed up multiple times, including sending them the invoice from the second HVAC company documenting the repair. I never received any response. What makes this even more disappointing is that this was not our first issue with them. We had previously experienced other mistakes but chose to continue using them after asking them to be more careful. I own multiple rental properties and have used their services across several locations, but after this experience, I can no longer trust them with my properties or tenants. Mistakes happen in any business, but failing to take responsibility and ignoring a long-time customer after a major error is extremely unprofessional. I gave them every opportunity to make this right before posting this review.

• I just needed my annual check done. Although because of the heat waves we’re having the AC struggles to keep our house cool because it is so hot so I was concerned there might be an issue. They listen to your concerns and will provide a free estimate and will work within in your budget. I ultimately decided to replace my outdated unit and ductwork. Sarah and Sonny were on site and worked with the team to ensure the job was done correctly. After the installation, I noticed a break in the dry way ceiling near the installation of the unit. The came out and explained that it was likely due to the water damage from previous unit.
