• Could not recommend this place less. Really astounded that there are so many positive reviews here. All these reviews got us trusting them too much and we ended up spending a couple thousand dollars over the course of 6 months and after all of that it still would stop working every couple weeks. After finding new, better AC guys I’m realizing they kept upselling us on things we didn’t need or cleans where they didn’t actually clean. We had one of their techs come out to check why it wasn’t working and he tried selling me a clean saying it looked really dirty even though we paid them $450 to clean it weeks prior. It was even the same tech (!!!) The fixes we needed weren’t even crazy. Our ac just kept freezing up every couple of weeks. Never have felt so ripped off by contractors before, stay clear

• Beware. This place will absolutely scam you. Had a unit installed a few months ago. I't now pours water out of the front. Tech came on the 27th of August to fix it, and it's pouring water again today. I called to speak with a supervisor and she was non empathetic, cold and refused to take any accountability for the failure of the company. The tech sent her a picture of a unit that wasn't mine and they diagnosed the need for a cleaning because my coils are caked in wood chips. Meanwhile here is a picture of of coils so clean you can literally still see what color they are. They also want to charge 350 to come back, and clean the coils of THIS unit that doesn't need cleaning. This place doesn't care about its customers.
