Dave always does a great job for us. And he shows up before the appointed time which was welcomed with our AC not working. He got our AC running again, the drain pan which is in our attic had become clogged with sludge. He vacuumed out the sludge and had our unit running in no time. Thank you Dave!

Air Quality Control installed my natural gas home generator a few years ago. It was time for my semi annual maintenance. I also replaced the generator battery. Dave was very thorough and professional. I am ready for hurricane season! Dale did my generator maintenance this week. I told him I might be selling my home so he took pictures of the gages on the generator to show it is in good shape. He emailed them to me. I appreciate Dale going the extra mile to help. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Sept 2026 Dave came to do my generator maintenance. He replaced the spark plugs, changed the oil and replaced the battery. He has been out to my home several times to do the general maintenance which includes testing the electrical transfer. He is always pleasant and very professional. He never leaves without asking if I have any questions. I always have confidence in the work he does.

These guys know their stuff and are prompt whether answering the phone or showing up when they say they will. If there are any issues they are quick to call and let you know what’s going, whether they are running late (unusual) or regarding parts and such. I think their rates are reasonable as well. James was the latest tech to help us and he was great. Highly recommended.

I am giving five stars even though the contractor was not able to complete the installation of a thermostat. The thermostat he was working on installing ended up having some internal issues. The installer wouldn’t even charge me for the work he did or the time he’s been at the house. He was professional and respectable. Given the communication, the scheduling and the speed of which the company and installer worked I would recommend them for any future AC needs.

We have used AQC for our AC needs and they have been very professional and communicative during the entire process. Their bid/quote included a comprehensive list of 3 types of systems and the costs for each.They were thorough in their design and load calculations for our home. I also found out they install house generators. I bought a unit for our house and they helped us set it in place. It was not easy but they were tenacious and were successful getting it bolted down. It was a brand they did not install before so there was a learning curve for all of us, I would recommend them if you need of a unit or an entire system.

Air Quality Control has been our a/c company for many years. Twice a year, we get a maintenance service to keep our unit running at its best. All of the service reps are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Recently we needed a maintenance visit and within a couple of hours, it was taken care of. I can highly recommend AQC as the name says, they are definitely a quality company.

Air Quality Control under previous ownership installed gas lines and tankless water heaters to my new property several years ago. That was done well so I contacted them again and learned there was new ownership. My Carrier Infinity unit couldn't cool properly as discovered during a home inspection so AQC came out, searched for a refrigerant leak, located it, and replaced the offending component which had to be ordered. They also very inexpensively added a discharge pipe to the tankless water heaters the buyers for my home wanted installed. I'm having them help me with ductwork layout and design for HVAC system in a new build. I hope to use them for that and expect more good work from them. Ittai and James answering calls and fielding questions have been nothing short of super professional and helpful.
