I had the air conditioning not working. Called Mercury Heating and A/C and next day they came. Jarret was my technician and in 1 hour he fixed it, but not only that, he was explaining to me the reason and different things I should do to avoid it again. Wonderful service and reasonable prices. I manage a dog daycare here in St. Petersburg and our lobby AC went out. Mercury air was quick to respond to our message in need of a technician. Highly recommend Mercury Heating and Air! They did an excellent job with the HVAC system at our restaurant. Very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable from start to finish. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the system was working perfectly before they left. The service was fast, the quality of work was excellent, and the price was very fair. It’s not always easy to find a company you can trust, especially when it comes to commercial HVAC, but these guys definitely earned our trust. Great experience overall. The owner Juan came out personally with his staff as I was having problems with another company’s replace and installation of a new system. That company has been out at least 4 other times since the initial remove and replace and it still was not corrected. Juan and his team checked out the installation and the unit itself and diagnosed and corrected the issue immediately. His company is now my new HVAC company. I don’t do many reviews however in this environment customers are not getting quality service let alone callbacks. From my first call to his company and there immediate response and resolution was awesome. They deserve kudos
