From the initial scheduling call to the subsequent repair/ visit, Daniel was accommodating, courteous, and professional through out the process. Our fireplace had an issue with on/off switch and in general requires maintenance. He was able to squeeze us in on the same day, fixed the issue, recommended a better solution. Fun guy to deal with as well. Highly recommended!

I have a couple of old gas fireplaces that had not been serviced for sometime and the pilot lights would not stay on. Daniel answered the phone himself and provided a very reasonable quotation. He came to do the work two days later and was super professional. He came on time, covered the floor appropriately and made sure that he cleaned up when finished. He explained what he was doing as he did the servicing & made sure everything was working properly. He was professional, courteous, and I would use him again and recommend him anytime.

  • We had a failure of our 11+ year old tankless system on a Saturday morning. Dan came out within about an hour and assessed the old unit and advised it was not worth repair and better to replace. (We had similar advice from another company so was not surprised). Dan arranged a replacement for the following Monday. On Monday, Dan returned with a new unit and had it installed within a few hours. The new unit has performed perfectly since. We’re very happy with the fast response and service. Thanks Dan!

Upon arrival he could tell immediately that our fireplace wasn’t operating properly and ran us through the work that had to be done as well as what parts would need to be replaced in the worst case scenario - which he assured us he would try and avoid (it’s a 50 year old system). He worked quickly and efficiently and in less than an hour our fireplace was up and running without having to replace any parts! You can tell Daniel is a trustworthy and honest technician not once did he try and upsell us or exaggerate the severity of the issue with our fireplace. Told us exactly what needed to be done and assured us he was going to try his best to make sure it would cost us as little as possible! I would not hesitate to recommend Daniel and his company.
