  • I am delighted with my Daikin multi split ductless a/c recently installed by Elemental HVAC. For so many years, I hesitated about installing this type of system in my older high rise condo unit with concrete walls. Now I wonder why I did not do this sooner, but I also realize that the installing company has a lot to do with my result. Replacing my inefficient and noisy window air conditioners with a modern top of the line system has made my summer far more pleasant, even during the worst heat waves. I have to thank everyone on the Elemental HVAC team for this, starting with Dan who arranged an appointment almost the next day for Jon (a real gentlemen and very experienced HVAC expert) to evaluate my condo unit and recommend appropriate sizing and positioning of the various components of the system. Dan got back to me very soon with specifications and a quote superior to the previous ones I received from other HVAC contractors and for a better product. Then Yuliia prepared a very professional sketch that I required for Board approval of the installation. The techs Gary and Prab who performed the installation were very conscientious and not only was the workplace immaculate when they left but my artwork was rehung by them looking better than ever. Retrofitting an older building can be challenging so it is very important to have such a professional and dedicated team on the job. That is why I highly recommend Elemental HVAC to anyone interested in installing a Daikin multi split ductless a/c system, especially in an older high rise unit like mine.

We had been waiting for 2 and a half weeks for AtlasCare to order a fan and install under warranty. With a heat wave coming we had no choice but to phone for help from Elemental HVAC when AtlasCare just kept saying they would "let us know when the part came in". Our air conditioner was back up and running within 4 hours of me picking up the phone and calling the folks at Elemental HVAC! Highly recommended, top quality service!
