I bought my 93 years old house, 35 years ago. The previous owner said they'd used Ketteringham + were always pleased, so for the last 35 years they've not only serviced my furnace, they've also fixed leaking radiator taps, installed 3 ductless AC units + maintained them, replaced my old furnace with a newer, more efficient one + a new water heater. The staff who come to work are always so pleasant, polite, efficient + knowledgeable + the furnace room is neat + tidy when they leave. After 35 years of excellent service I have no hesitation in recommending this reliable company for all your heating + cooling needs. Their prices are also fair.

I recently used Ketteringham's boiler cleaning service after getting a Red tag from Embridge and was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and customer service. Jason, the owner, and Matt, the representative, were both incredibly knowledgeable and provided top-notch service. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, I was met with prompt and friendly service. Jason helped complete my initial intake call. While speaking to him, I got the impression he genuinely cares about his customer's needs and concerns. He was patient in answering all of my questions and made sure that I understood the work that needed to be done. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Matt arrived on time and walked me through the entire cleaning process, answering all of my questions along the way. He was incredibly thorough. Jason also followed up with me after the appointment to ensure that everything was up to my satisfaction, which really showed me that they truly care about their customers. I found him to be very knowledgeable and approachable. He is not just interested in making a sale or getting the job done quickly; I got the impression he truly wants to ensure that his customers are completely satisfied with the service they receive. What impressed me most about Ketteringham was that they were willingness to go above and beyond to help source and repair the fire bricks to my Raypak boiler from 1985. These parts were totally broken, needed to be replaced, and worst of all they were discontinued. They took the time to explain things in detail, and even provided me with some helpful tips on how to maintain my boiler to ensure its longevity. This level of care and dedication to his customers is truly commendable and sets Ketteringham Heating Inc. apart from other heating service providers. We had several companies bidding on replacing the boiler for our six-plex. Ketteringham Heating Inc., was one of those companies. We found Ketteringham Heating Inc., genuinely considered the most appropriate option for our complex size and needs, and also explained other options available to us, rather than only providing the best, or cheapest, options. Then, for the option we selected, Ketteringham Heating Inc., had the best quote. They came when scheduled and cleaned the entire area after the replacement had been completed. Eighteen months after installation, we had what turned out to be a faulty part that required several trips to determine the part that needed replacement. Throughout that challenging time, Ketteringham always quickly answers our calls/texts, and provided prompt service. The issue has been resolved to our complete satisfaction. They stand behind their service and product.

On a cold morning woke up to no furnace. Folks at Ketteringham took my problem seriously and made sure I had quick service and fixed the problem later the same day.
