• For instance we also found during your technician’s recent visit in June 2026 to replace the control board, physical damage was caused to the unit’s water tank / condensate assembly, resulting in active water leakage into our home. Your response stating that this damage is "not your responsibility" is unacceptable and a clear violation of standard trade practice and consumer protection laws. ​Under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, service providers are required to perform work with reasonable care and skill. Contractors are legally liable for any physical damage caused to customer property during the course of a repair. ​Your company has collected over $1,500 from us for an installation that functioned for less than two months, added unannounced travel fees after work commenced, and has now physically damaged our unit while attempting a repair, leaving us with an active leak and refusing to rectify the issue. This is very unacceptable service. I would prefer not to give any star at all or recommended to anyone else. Oct 10 2026 They pretend very professional and good pricing at the beginning. They promised you to do their work to make the heatpump work. This is a complete breakdown of professional ethics and standard warranty practices. Spending over $1,500 in less than 90 days only to be left with an actively leaking, non-functional system and told to "find someone else" is unacceptable. Unreliable service, surprise hidden fees, and refused warranty work on a new installation. ​We hired this company to replace a new evaporator coil on April 24 2026. Despite accepting the job knowing the situation of the repair, and they informed us after the installation that they would start charging us an additional $60-$ 80 /hour just for travel time or weekend hours. ​The newly installed coil only worked for 5 weeks before the heat pump completely failed on June 2. After paying $1,300 to replace the coil, we had to pay another $220 for a 1-hour service call to replace a failed control board. ​Two days later, the unit is actively leaking water. Instead of honoring their workmanship warranty on a 3-month-old installation, they refused to perform the repair and deflected responsibility. This is a horrible experience to find an HVAC company that not stands behind their work and so many hidden fees about their pricing.
