• 0 stars. So unprofessional and a scam. Took advantage of my mom who lost her husband recently and knew she was going to be downsizing within the year and had her purchase a water heater and purification system so now that she moved she has to buy out the entire thing which is costing her 15,000.00 with carbon filter included. AND when I called and asked for a breakdown of these costs, they said they were going to email my mom and just NEVER did. We got a notice in the mail saying we owed this amount of money or they would take legal action with NO RECEIPT?!? Absolute scam. NEVER give them your business.

• Do not trust this company. They have no customer service line to speak to. I spoke to a man who couldn't even pull up my file and had a crying baby in the background. They approached my mom at her doorstep, clearly took advantage of her by convincing her to purchase their equipment when nothing was wrong with her existing equipment. They locked her into a deal to OWN equipment when she knew she was moving houses but wasn't in the right state to make decisions like these since her husband had recently passed. Then they did not offer to do ANYTHING to compensate. Once I wrote a negative review, they called me begging me to delete the review, promising someone from customer service would get back to me and try to help me out. Shocking, I deleted it, they called me to thank me very much and then customer service never called me back to solve my issue, so I'm posting this review again. She has to now outright pay for everything upon moving from her house. Scam. Horrible business. Horrible customer service.
