• Joe was absolutely fantastic & very professional. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Is the mark up on the replacement part. Joe did a great job replacing the duel start capacitor. While I understand markup. I don't expect to get charged cost. It appears these capacitors are roughly 50 dollars to buy. I was charged 250 dollars for the part. That's roughly a 400% mark up. That just doesn't seem right to me.

• I rent a house in Clearwater. The tenant called me Friday evening saying that the AC was not working. I called Ervin Air early Saturday morning where I purchased the AC unit thinking that they were not available until Monday. Harold answered the phone and said that he would be on his way out there and arrived in about 15 minutes. He was able to fix the problem and amaized both the tenant and me.
