• This is not a company that I would recommend. If you value your time and money look elsewhere. They provided a maintenance service contract as part of a new HVAC installation. Sounds great, but only if they ever make it out to service the unit. Every time an appointment is made on days that they offered, there’s always an issue that arises that the tech cannot arrive. Multiple times service was scheduled and each time service was canceled by them. So if you value your time and can’t sit around at home waiting for them like you’re waiting for the cable guy, I would recommend to look elsewhere.
