• This is a terribly disorganized "company." I paid $100 for an estimate that I never received. A tech showed up to assess the job, but I was never provided a written estimate for my specific job. Their fee is to be applied towards the work, if hired. But how can I give a job to a company that can't even get you the estimate?? I contacted the company several times by phone and email. I was promised the manager Christian would contact me, but he never did. They kept my money and gave me no services in return.

• Correction,,, two days after the repair my kitchen ceiling started leaking. Had to call back and get them to fix again and they said a piece had a small crack. Still haven't received a call back from a supposed handyman after 6 days to fix the kitchen. Also, now 4 days after the cracked pipe the AC isn't working again. Be cautious of this places work. Now I'm stuck with them trying to fix a $2100 repair when they probably only need to flush the condensate pipe..... Carlos Garcia did a great job fixing my air conditioning and was very professional and polite.

He arrived on time, explained everything he did based on before and after pictures, made a recommendation which would help extend the life of my two older units, which I accepted, and concluded with before and after photos plus explanations as well. • My first experience with Performance AC was incredible- AC unit kept shutting off because our drain line was clogged and needed to be flushed. Was able to schedule day-of and the technician came out almost immediately. He told me it was going to be over $300 plus a diagnostic fee to have the line flushed, but if I signed up for their subscription service it would only be $189, and they would come back once more in the year for maintenance and to have the drain line flushed again. Sounded like a great deal, and he got the drain line cleared and flushed and everything working great. Just last night we had the same issue again with the AC shutting off from the drain line clogging- no worries, I have the subscription that I paid for and performance will be right out to flush like last time! WRONG! I got a call before arrival letting me know that flushing the drain line is in fact NOT covered in the subscription I was sold, and it would be a $90 diagnostic fee and then the cost of flushing the line (which I assume is close to the $300+ I was quoted the last time). Very deceptive to misrepresent what’s included in the service in hopes of signing up a subscriber. Disappointed.

• First Performance scheduled my appointment for Saturday then they canceled on us and had it scheduled for next day Sunday. I believe because it was Sunday( which was not our fault), the plumbing service was high in price. I wonder if it was during weekdays, it would’ve cost us much less. He found a work around to get our A/C working until the new parts come in, although it did require a non-covered extra part that will protect the system in future. Easy warranty coverage. They aren't the cheapest by a long shot but I believe their excellent service is worth paying a premium.

His communication was really strong; he explained what he was doing and why, in a way that was really easy to follow. As a customer, that gave me a lot of confidence and helped me understand the work that was being done. He made sure everything was checked, cleaned the condensate pump, vacuumed out the drain pan, and left everything clean and working properly. Five stars—I’d be glad to have Ernest service my system again.
