Before this company was bought out they were a great business. I had been using them for the last 15 or more years. No longer. They don’t even bother to return phone calls. You never have the option of talking with a live person, just leave a message which they ignore. Too bad they have ruined Falcone’s name.

Perhaps a year ago they may have been rated up to 5 stars. At install, 3 years ago they were good. Now they don't even return my call for a warranty related issue. Regrettable to have done business with them.

Steve, Alias, and Ben came to our mobile home and put in a water heater and furnace. They were professional, polite, and efficient. We were amazed at how quickly they worked and completed the project. It was no easy feat getting the heater into the home through a tiny entrance. We appreciate their work. It's been several months now and everything is working well! Thanks again.

My air conditioning started having problems with water coming from the bottom of my indoor heater. Mike sent his worker out Mizel to do an inspection on my drip pan in other areas of the unit. After evaluating the problem, we went to the next step and he came out and cleaned out and did some other work to my unit which resolve the problem. The service was great, Mizel his worker was very professional and seemed to know every routine in order to get my unit back up to working order. Mike's pricing was right on target with what I had expected. This company is very professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike falcone for your Servicing needs

My father and I have had Falcone out to our house for many years. They recently gave me a brand new AC system. Mike and his team were very knowledgeable forthcoming and answered all my questions like they really understood the value of my money (more than $10,000) and that’s very much appreciated. The guys did a great job and system has been working great.

AC wasn't working for some reason. Mizael came by and told us exactly what was wrong. A specific capacitor part wasn't working. Got it fixed up and the AC is back up again. Neat and Efficient. Thumbs up from me.

Our water heater and failed and they sent Stephen out within 2 hours. He diagnosed the issues and worked with the vendor to get parts ordered and here overnight The next day he came and quickly got the water heater up and running. Excellect service from Stephen . Thanks!

Amazing company! I needed a new water heater as my old one was only giving out warm water. I had gotten quotes from others, including big box, but it was so impersonal. Mike Falcone was friendly, fast and efficient. Clean job at a very fair price. He came at my convenience with a 2 hour window. Definitely my first choice for a plumber/water heater /furnace guy. I did use them a few years back for a minor furnace repair, but did not think of them when I first started looking for the water heater replacement. When I saw the name under water heater repair, I knew I would be treated fairly here. Thank you Mike!

I called for help with a leak around my water softener. It looked like just a nut needed tightening but I was worried I would break it more. I am old and single. When I called and explained they did not give me any estimate. When the gentleman arrived he took a look and tightened the nut, five minutes. He wanted $100. I said wow, ok. Then he took my credit card wrote down the wrong numbers so I got a call later for my card number. I call that karma.

Water heater leak The water heater expansion tank on our rental property sprung a leak. The tenant sent me a picture. I had him shut off the water and call Falcone Plumbing. They came right out and replaced the expansion tank as well as two flex hoses that were badly corroded. I appreciate their quick response and reasonable charges for the repair.

Referred by another good plumber, Chris Dominon in South Bay. Had an emergency leaking in my 75 gallon Rheem water heater, which was installed less than 5 yrs ago. Falcone did respond quickly & help draining out the water from the tank so that I won't have water flooded. However, when the water heater was replaced eventually the next day, Mr. Falcone asked for $3,100 & refused to break down the parts & labor. I found this to be at least $1,000 more than norminal as It's just a 3-4 hrs labors, with 50 gallon water heater should cost no more than $1,000. The verdict: Responsive & decent work quality, however, way too expensive. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone for its price of the service when you have choices around.

Flavone’s were great to work with. They were prompt in submitting a fair & reasonable bid for replacement of the HVAC system. All of the technicians were prompt, polite & knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. They left the worksite spotless after thoroughly checking that system worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend them & will use them for some upcoming plumbing work.

Called for appointment and received a time for 8 to 10 am. By 10;30 no one showed up or called so I called and left a message. When I was called back I said it was too late my morning was wasted I went to another company.
