However today, they went above and beyond. After working a very long day on a Friday, Nick personally came to install our pool heater knowing we needed it for an event on the weekend. • Our Navien tankless water heater stopped working. I phoned in the morning, Nick, Brodie and Aydan came later that day, the parts arrived the following morning and we had hot water by early afternoon! Our furnace stopped working over the Christmas holidays, and Nick, the owner, came and gave us an estimate promptly. He provided extensive information regarding the models of high efficiency furnaces available, as well as competitive pricing, and sent us estimates for 4 different furnace models and price ranges to give us choices. His professionalism and personalized service made this whole difficult experience much better. In addition, he was able to fit us in quickly which was a huge benefit because our house had been without heat for several days. I felt the tech was good but wanted to get other opinions of course. Farley was one of the recommended companies and im SO glad I called.
