He took his time and thoroughly checked everything instead of just trying to rush through the job. He tested the airflow, checked the compressor, went over the wiring, and made sure the entire system was working properly. He also explained what he was doing along the way and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find someone who makes you feel like they’re genuinely trying to help rather than sell you something you don’t need. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing AC work. Very knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and easy to work with. 5 stars!

• I hired Francisco's Cooling & Heating for a service on 6/27 and paid the invoice in full. My review is about how billing was handled. Three days after the work, before any normal reminder, I received a formal "final demand for payment" with a 48 hour deadline and explicit threats to send the account to collections and pursue legal action, all over an invoice of about $430. I had been cordial the entire time and fully intended to pay. Threatening collections and a lawsuit on a three day old invoice, to a customer who never disputed the charge, is a serious overreaction and not how a professional handles a routine payment. Sharing so future customers know what to expect on the billing side.

Small Business, Honest, No high pressure sales, Gave Me Choices, Explained Everything, Showed me why this was happening and Why it may happen again (due to poor choice by the installer). I will contact this company for all of my Future issues. Most HVAC Companies come out and give you the high pressure sales tactics. Yes they will fix your problem most of the time. But there is another problem lurking that is why they want you to buy the new unit or additional service that may or may not be needed. The only choice they give you is why need to upgrade to a new unit or you need this additional service as an up sale for their bottom line. I trust Francisco's Cooling and Heating! I can't say that about all of the rest of the HVAC industry. This company is a welcome relief and a rare find. I will call them when I have a problem.
