Foster provided the highly competitive estimate for my Trane multi-stage heat pump and air handler, and quickly responded to follow up questions I had regarding my installation. Crystal flawlessly handled the installation scheduling, payments and warranty registrations. David and crew performed the install and left my home spotless. Had one issue with the install, which Crystal promptly addressed by sending out a tech. Prices for systems are listed on their website, which are accurate and represent a level of transparency not typically seen in the HVAC world.

• I DEFINITELY recommend contacting Rick if you have any issues with your AC or Heating. Rick and his team have been very professional and responsive. We had to replace 2 x very old HVAC systems that stopped working within weeks of each other and couldn't be fixed according to 5 different companies. Rick offered the best value for 2 x Trane 16 SEER HVAC units which he was able to quickly find & install during 100 degree weather. Several of the other companies were on a 2 month wait due to shortages caused by this pandemic and were so much more expensive for the same value. Rick's team was organized, efficient, wore shoe covers/masks and lay down cloth so they did not ruin our carpet or wooden floors. The cost was itemized on our invoice before installation so they were no "hidden fees" after which was excellent because I truly value transparency.

• I found Green Leaf Air mining through Reddit posts about local HVAC companies in the DFW area. Very glad I did! Was very surprised at their transparent pricing which is actually on their website (this is unheard of!) and the estimator Rick was awesome. I could tell he was really interested in getting me the best unit for my situation which is a smaller house that I plan on either selling or renting out in the in the next 5 years. Never felt like he was trying to upsell me just explained the pros and cons of the unit size as my house had a slightly smaller than recommended unit (former rental) and an instance where there was about $450 of ductwork where it would be best to make it larger to accommodate going from a 3 ton to a 3.5 ton unit. Also mentioned it would be better if decided to sell it for home inspection purposes. Having worked in SEO for home services and seen Service Titian job data. I knew working with them was a screaming deal. The unit with the small ductwork upgrades I paid just under $10k for would have easily been $13-16k or possible more with a bunch of run around from everyone else. The installers showed up on time and did a great job. They worked around one small snag which a sprinkler head next to the old pad which was going to be in the way over the newer larger unit. They moved it over like 2 feet and ended up working out great. Very happy with everything from start to finish.

• Liars and con artists. They keep calling me telling me that the service my HVAC in 2020 or 2021. When I ask what service they tell me "basic maintenance". They have never serviced anything for me. My best friend does HVAC work for a living, he's the only one that has done anything for my HVAC. They're counting on me not remembering who I used in the past and thinking. "Maybe I should just use the people I used before" is a scam don't use them. If the lie to get business how do you think they will treat you if you hire them? They'll probably lie about needing work that you don't need. The aren't trustworthy. If they call you, ask for what specific service they provided, dates, cost, have them send you a copy of the invoice. I bet they will hang up on you.

• Well I have to give a zero, found the hard way they don't register you equipment for you, even after you ask them to do it. Very expensive mistake on my part thinking that a company would do this very easy step while they have it all right there at there finger tips to make sure your good to go. You pay people to do a job, and this stuff is expensive, you would think that would get done, especally befor covid times.. Nope.. cost me half my warranty ! Found this out on three new systems !

• Rick with Greenleaf air conditioning was just fantastic. He came out and gave us an estimate on a complete new HVAC system. He was very honest and upfront. Two days later six fellas came out and installed the system. They were in and out in three hours. We were very satisfied with the installation. They did a really great job. We had a EasyStart on our old condenser and they transferred that EasyStart to the new condenser. Two months later, a good friend of mine has a elderly lady Neighbor and she needed a new system. She called Rick and two days later they installed her new unit and she’s very satisfied as well. Rick is fantastic guy and very trustworthy.

• Dec 2024 Update- The Service is horrible (Check the ratings on BBB, Trustpilot, Manta, Tugo, Fyple, Yelp, etc.) and the city inspector failed the install (I also got charged for the service before the instillation). I am still awaiting for the correction, but not sure if Rick will send the new installer to fix the errors (The install was done in August 2021 and the technician was fired shortly after the install-I wonder why?). My System is not fully charged and green leaf air refuses to check the system and does not answer my calls. This has been reported to BBB and Trane. Make sure to do your homework and ask questions before choosing this installer.

• Just had my AC system installed buy Green Leaf Air a week ago, and wow! These guys are amazing. Like everyone here, I was shocked to discover that Green Leaf quoted prices that were in many cases, half of what other companies were quoting us. At first, I just thought Rick was making a mistake: He didn't understand the complexity of my situation, or they didn't include some important component, or something! Nope, Green Leaf pricing really is better than most anything out there. When it was time for the install, the guys showed up bright and early on a Saturday morning and went right to work. Within a few hours, they were done and had cleaned up after themselves. I did get a bit worried though, when after a few hours, the system wasn't cooling right. I texted Rick and he was on it! It was all hands on deck at our house trying to figure out what the issue was. Turned out, it was just an equipment issue, not an installation problem. By Sunday, they were out in force at our house and got the issue fixed. No excuses, no finger-pointing. Just prompt and polite service; the customer service by these guys is simply unmatched. From Rick who is so friendly and quick to respond, to the ladies in the office who are always available to help with questions. I cannot recommend Green Leaf Air enough.

• Greenleaf AC did a wonderful job on our AC install. I have used another AC company in the past for a different unit install and I way overpaid for one unit. Greenleaf's transparent pricing is a sigh of relief when one is shopping to replace AC units. Not only was I able to replace our broken unit, I was able to replace another older unit as well. Greenleaf still beat out the other company's price for one unit, and I was able to get two units and still saved money! • Very happy with the service and price. Very friendly customer service. I got multiple quotes around town and this was by far the lowest especially for top I of the line. Update: after getting the new HVAC installed I noticed the house was still having trouble cooling down on the hottest days (so far). So I contacted Greenleaf Air and they responded immediately and came out to troubleshoot. Rick and David were incredible. Rick is so kind, personable, and you can tell he truly cares about the customer—which is so unusual I feel like these days. He and David combed through the house top to bottom to get a better idea of what was going on. Through the whole process they kept me in updated with estimates and photos of issues they found (with ducts, seals, condenser drainage issues, etc). In the end they quickly did multiple repairs at what I think was a very reasonable cost. For much LESS work another company had quoted me a much much higher cost! Now I just need to see how the system withstands the super hot days and I’ll report back. All in all, I feel like I’ve found a real gem of a company that has the trifecta of reasonable costs, quality work, and excellent customer service.

• Can’t say enough good things about Green Leaf Air! If you are looking for an AC unit replacement in DFW, you can stop looking and call Green Leaf. Seriously. They replaced two of our units last year, and just finished replacing a third unit for us this week. Calling them again this year was a no brainer! Polite, professional, timely, honest, great/best value (price + warranty), easy to get a hold of, etc. Worked with Rick and several people in their main office for each unit. They even installed a temporary fix on our third unit that needed to be replaced - at no cost to me - until they could come out for install after the holiday weekend! Amazing and unexpected, but very appreciated. Do yourself a favor and at least get a quote to try and win your business - you won’t be disappointed!!

One perfect example Is that before the final install was complete and no expectations of cold weather dropped to 44 outside and 64 inside. I only wish i had replaced those awful Lennox units much sooner. • Everything went great! and the new units (Trane 16seer heat pump).. are running great. Only thing... I emailed questions throughout process. But then I'd have to call to notify them that I emailed.
