• Christmas Eve, Saturday, 2022. My boiler was clicking on n off every 2-3 min, n the temperature read 14C. Called this company the first time, as many contractors either did not open, or were busy. Ali, the owner, answered, n was at my place in roughly an hour n half. My boiler had been going on n off frequently for the past 2 years, but still giving adequate amount of heat before . I had 2 different repair contractors previously. They changed some parts , the thermostat, but couldn’t fix the problem . I was convinced that I would need a new boiler soon. That day was v cold, n the boiler didn’t give adequate heat. I can tell Ali knows his trade well. He offered to fix it for $1000 with a new part. However he didn’t have the part in his van. I asked him nicely to try to fix it so my family can have a warm Christmas. He finally took out a tool to readjust a part, n the problem was fixed. I paid $300. I am v glad n grateful that the boiler is finally fixed, and even on Christmas Eve. Ali knows his trade , n can come within a short notice . Too many repair contractors either don’t know their trades well, or they simply don’t want to spend time to figure out how to fix the problem.
