• ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wanted to take a few minutes to share our experience with H Jack’s Plumbing in North Olmsted because, while our situation was not an easy one, the way they ultimately handled it deserves recognition. We woke up one morning to water stains on the ceiling of our family room. Obviously, seeing water coming through a ceiling is never a good feeling, so we immediately called H Jack’s Plumbing. What followed turned into quite the process. Water leaks can apparently be incredibly tricky to diagnose, and ours definitely proved that to be true. Over the course of four different service days and six plumbers coming to our home, the team worked through several possible causes — including toilet wax rings and eventually a new faucet in our master shower — trying to track down exactly where the water was coming from. I’m not going to pretend everything went perfectly, because it didn’t. There were times when I was frustrated, and there were even moments when I became a little confrontational because I simply wanted the problem solved. I had conversations with several of the plumbers as well as members of the office staff throughout the process. But this is exactly why I’m leaving them a positive review. Every single time I called, emailed, questioned something, or expressed frustration, H Jack’s handled the situation professionally. Phone calls and emails were returned quickly, their employees continued coming back to investigate the problem, and most importantly, they ultimately stood behind their work 100%. In 2026, that unfortunately isn’t something you can always count on anymore. It would have been very easy for a company to throw its hands up after multiple visits, blame the problem on something else, or tell the homeowner there was nothing more they could do. H Jack’s did the opposite. They kept coming back, kept troubleshooting, kept communicating with us, and seemingly were able to finally track down and solve the problem. Sometimes the true measure of a company isn’t whether everything goes perfectly the first time. It’s how they respond when something is difficult, frustrating, or doesn’t go according to plan. H Jack’s showed us that they stand behind what they do. Even though this wasn’t a simple repair and the process certainly wasn’t always easy, I would absolutely recommend H Jack’s Plumbing to others and would use them again in the future. They do what they say they’re going to do — and they stand behind their work. That means a lot.
