• Our Hot Water Tank blew very late one night. The first thing in the morning we started making calls for a replacement. ARS Rescue Rooter came to the house right away and handled everything. They gave us an estimate and were able to install our brand new Hot Water Tank within a few hours. No hassle. No mess. They were able to find a suitable replacement at a plumbing supplier. ( that was a huge burden off our plate) ARS were prompt, polite, and professional. Great job. We are very happy and would call them again.

• All I can say is wow... I am so extremely disappointed right now. My toilet before was close to the floor with clear sealant. What even is this? To trust a stranger in my home... To trust a professional company to do a professional job. What went wrong here? Why is my toilet so high from the ground? It wasn't this way before. Why is the caulk so uneven??? Why are there holes in the caulk? Why is it so thick and sloppy? You've left no email, so I have no way to reach the company. Your website is filled with boasting about how great this company is. No shoe covers were worn, and that's something I can get over. But this sloppy work? Wrong flange. Thin wax ring. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in you for sending someone to my house and doing this extremely SLOPPY job to the only toilet I have in this house. Wow, wow, wow... How disappointed I am. I can't even depend on a professional company that boasts about being in business since 1975. I have to look at this sloppy mess every time I go to my own bathroom??? Why was this acceptable for Xavier??? I am beyond disgusted right now. I regret calling you. I regret asking for help. I regret letting you into my house!!!!

• My bathroom sink was clogged, very very slow draining. I asked them to snake the line, and he tried several times and could not get past the tee. He stopped and said something was wrong with the pipes. He cleaned up and still charged me $279, and my drain was still clogged. I think he could have tried more. It was a waste of money. I would like to get some money back.

• I was originally angry when they can 45 minutes past the original appointment. Expecting them to fix the disposal. The technician told me to get an electrician in to check the connection. No problem...they did have to replace the disposal. Second technician came when they said did and excellent installation in 20 minutes. I am very satisfied with the result.

• I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and take a look at my furnace/AC unit because the AC wasn’t working properly. They weren’t able to provide a quote for a new unit during the visit but told me someone would follow up with me. Unfortunately, I never heard from anyone—no phone call, text, or email. Very disappointing customer service, especially when you’re trying to get an HVAC issue taken care of. I definitely would not recommend.
