  • Office people and techs alike can't watch where they're going or care that they pull out in front of you or turn directly in front of you at their own building. Their unmarked service vans are the worst not even noticing a massive dually almost plowing into them when they leave the drive.

  • Brennan Heating & Cooling Inc. is truly in a league of their own. From the moment we reached out, it was clear we were working with a family-oriented company that genuinely cares about the people they serve. Their team treated our situation like it was their own home on the line, and that level of care is rare to find. When we found ourselves in a pinch, their quick response time and sense of urgency were nothing short of world-class. They communicated every step of the process clearly, professionally, and with a personal touch that made all the difference. You never feel left in the dark—just confident that you’re in great hands. If you want a trusted partner who shows up fast, communicates flawlessly, and treats you like family, Brennan Heating & Cooling is the only call you need to make. Highly recommended! Shout out to Sal and Ed for making it happen.

  • Great sales and service. Had my last home in Stow serviced by Brennan and everything worked great. Installed all new furnace system and things were even better. Fast foward to spring 2017 in our new home and one of the two AC units were failing. With 90 degree temps and a 12 month old in the zone of the down unit, Brennan responded quickly and replaced the old unit. They also replaced the large unit which was only months from going down as well. All went great, great price, great service and better people. Ive referred family and friends to Brennan who also speak very highly of their work. Thank you

  • Recently moved into a new house, and our furnace had multiple tags on it saying it was last serviced by Brennan. The last service date from Brennan was earlier this year. Our furnace went out, so we contacted the last company to service it- Brennan. After 2 hours, they returned our call and rudely told us they don't service our area, and they didn't want to deal with our home warranty. No problem, I'm sure there are plenty of other companies that would like our business
