From not making us feel dumb, which I highly appreciate, to a very competitive price, quick service, and really good work, I found the company I'm going to from now on. • Called and booked a next morning appointment. Window was 8am-9am, booked and confirmed by them. The next day, I called the office because no one showed up within the window. They told me they somehow double booked me, and couldn’t come. No one bothered to reach out and let me know. This was an urgent matter that was scheduled and confirmed on their end. Would not recommend this company to anyone if you are looking for a dependable service.

• Wow, Gorjanc, Wow!! Had a new A/C system installed and from start to finish service was unbelievably fantastic. From the first phone call with Dawn, who I told my situation was a little unique, she said she had the perfect sales tech. to come out a take a look. Dawn scheduled Pete and he came out exactly on time and went over my whole situation and answered any and all questions. Pete came up with several options, and we choose the best one to fit our needs. Back to Dawn who scheduled the install that would take 2 days. Install days comes and I'm notified that the 2 techs were on their way. The 2 techs showed up on time (both days), Max and Joey. Again, wow! Max and Joey are the absolute BEST! They are extremely knowledgeable answered any questions and then went about their business. They were here both days and never stopped working, tarps put down, install went smooth, clean up was fantastic, (when they left there was no notice that they were even here). • on 9/24/26 had Gorjanc Techniican Lamar come out to do my yearly maintenace on my Train Furance and found that my Heat Exhanger was cracked. After talking to James Callaway about new furnces and AC unit I seattle on the American Standard S9V2 Furance and Accucomfort 18 AC Unit. On 9/25/26 J5 and Will came out and latter in the day Greg and Zack came out to assist them with the installing the furance. I was not a basic install because the way the old furance was installed it had imporper air flow. The furnace had to be moved back from where it was and turned to ensure proper air flow. Also the hot water tank that was to the right of the old furnace had to be moved to where the old furance was. In addition all new plumpling lines, venting and valves to furnace and hotwater tank had to be replaces because of the new configuration. New flut ducting for the hot water tank had to be connected to the chimmy stack. Finally, J5 had to run a new electrical line to my fuse box to make to code. J5 and Will where here from 8:30AM to 7:00PM. After they cleaned up and J5 did a walk through with me showed me the furance, filter box, and the AC unit. J5 show me how to operate the themostate and how to download the American Standard App to my phone. The installers were all professional and J5 awsered all my questions I had. J5 was very nice and he did not rush showing me how everything worked. I would highly reccomend Gorjanc if you need a new furance and AC Unit installed. Frank DePaolo

• We recently bought a home with a furnace reaching about 30 years old. We had no idea where to start and decided to call Gorjanc to get an estimate. Most thorough free estimate we've ever received, James was super knowledgeable, answered every question, made sure to acknowledge and write down every concern and gave us four quotes, all good options but some more affordable than others. However, cheaper did not take away from the quality of the furnace we received which was a relief. We went through financing which Neal helped set up, it was super easy, approval was quick and installation was next business day. The technicians were fast and efficient during installation, pointing out some issues and fixing it for us, and making sure everything was for our convenience installation wise. Jordan also went out his way when everything was completed to explain the new equipment and answer questions. Cannot recommend this company enough, what started as a stressful start with a lot of anxiety around the furnace ended up being one of the easiest home improvement projects.
