• If I could give more than five stars, I would. Jim, the estimator was fantastic. I had a unique situation because my previous air conditioning unit had to be removed due to an improper installation. From the very beginning, Jim was extremely professional, answered all my questions, returned phone calls promptly and made me feel completely at ease. I was very nervous about having installation issues again, but Jim reassured me that the Installation team would make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. The Installation crew, Joe and Dan were equally outstanding. They arrived on time, walked me through every step of the installation and explained exactly what they were doing throughout the process. Once the installation was complete, they patiently allowed me to test the system several times to make sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving. • We hired R.J. Heating & Cooling to look at our rooftop A/C unit because there was no cooling in our business. The technician checked the rooftop unit and said there was no power. I showed him all of the breakers related to the HVAC. All of the breakers were working. SInce there was no power, there was nothing he could do. We paid for the "service" and he left. I immediately called an electrician who arrived quickly. He went on the roof, and I, begrudgingly, went with him. As we approached the A/C unit we could hear the fans going. Yep, our unit had power. So, what happened? Did our unit magically have power an hour after the R.J. tech was there, or did he test the wrong unit? I don't know. But when I talked to the service manager, instead of trying to solve my problem, he became defensive, stating that the technician is competent and tested multiple units in the area where we said it was located. The service manager also said the technician did not have access to the breakers. Untrue. I came in to the business on my day off just to show him the breakers. I hung up on the service manager and we are going with another company.
