The team was great and efficient in installing the AC, and they were very responsible in making sure the area was cleaned up after installation. The main technician was patient in explaining and answering my questions. Thank you for the Hargrave team. I also enrolled in their Iron Shield plan to ensure my AC and Furnace are working year-round. Great job.

Came through twice in very time sensitive situations. I had no hot water in April due to a tank failure. Enercare and others said a replacement tank would never fit. Kevin assessed the situation and sent his team to install a new hot water tank. My AC failed on Canada Day and the next day Ian went into a very hot attic to get my house cool again.

The technicians introduced themselves, placed carpets down, explained what they were going to do. Worked efficiently, removed all excess materials and garbage. Cleaned up and then patiently showed us how to use the panels. I felt confident with their knowledge and the installation went smoothly.

My parents had both a furnace and an AC installed by Hargrave Heating and Air Conditioning. Everything about the experience was fantastic. Janice was quick to get someone to the house for a consultation. JP was an incredible sales rep to work with. Walked us through several options and was readily available to answer any questions. He quoted us a very competitive rate and was able to get us scheduled for an install in short order despite it being a busy schedule. Even showed up to the house on the day of install to check in and answer any questions. Technicians that did the install did a stellar job and left the workplace extremely neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend Hargrave to any one that needs HVAC services. Prices, products and service are amazing and the company does a great job of making it easy for the customer

My furnace broke down when it was -25 and they gave me some really good tips to keep my house warm until they arrived and we’re able to find the issue. Even thought it was a Sunday they had someone show up within a few hours and they were able to have the heat working again Within 15 minutes after arrival! I’d highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs as I’ll be using them moving forward

Poor customer service. Charging the high cost on the diagnostic, and the sales manager never had the decency to follow up to discuss the quote, after calling, texting and e-mailing for a total of 7 times. The quote for repair was double the other authorized dealer for AC. If they serve the customers like that during pre-sales, I couldn’t imagine how they would treat the customers after sales/services.
