Im a community manager and we use them for our different communitys . Great company we use them for all our plumbing needs because they get the job done! Jesse is great on communication and works very hard , and nick always makes sure we have what we need in coordinating these projects. All staff is super friendly and always picks up after they complete there jobs. Would highly recommend!!

Jesse from Hawthorn Plumbing is the BEST! He did the annul maintenance on our tankless water heater and then came back a week later to troubleshoot the water hammer banging noise. He found the problem, a pipe under the house needed strapping support, he attached a metal strapping support and the irrigating noise is gone. Thank you so much Jesse.

I Have been a loyal customer with Hawthorne Plumbing since 2023, and I can honestly say has gotten way better. The quality of their team and customer service-from the office staff to the to the men out in the field Recently, I had a plumber named Rocky come out to fix my water heater, and he was an absolute master of his trade from start to finish. You can immediately tell when someone takes real pride in their work. He was incredibly respectful of my home, making sure to put on shoe covers every single time he stepped inside My Wife will always point that out as well, also Rocky pointed out that his coworkers are professionals if not better than he is so that says a lot of the type of Guys they have working for that company The job wasn't simple he had to disassemble and reroute gas and water to get everything done right. He handled it seamlessly, got the fix done quickly, and left the entire setup looking clean, organized, Hawthorne Plumbing really sets the standard for professional service. I will always recommend them to anyone needing top-tier work and came back to replace a pump that fried out a couple days after that as well so I could not be more happy with their work and will be calling you them very soon for our future projects Reno area need people like you guys

Hawthorne was amazing I’m super happy they sent us Rocky to take care of our issues, he came and assured us that he can take care of our problems although he came after hours nearly 8pm he was still willing to go to work just so we can have our water on, a true perfectionist and someone I will always call for any future plumbing needs and questions!

I'm so very pleased with this company and Randy who came out to install my new water heater! Nick was very pleasant and helpful when he came over to check it out for me! These guys gave me wonderful service at a very fair price. Randy did a lot of extra to make sure it's perfect and cleaned up! I would recommend this company to everyone! They are very thoughtful real people. I got some great help and a referral for another project I have going on. I can't say enough great things about the service I have received! He explained everything along the way and worked very hard to provide excellent service. He even helped me put a new filter in my heater. Bless these people and this company. My mother and I also want to sincerely apologize to the team for our initial frustration and any rudeness on our part—it was completely uncalled for.You have a true diamond on your team named Rocky. When he first arrived, I was honestly skeptical because he looked so young to tackle such a massive job (replacing a water heater and installing a full water filtration system). I could not have been more wrong. Rocky was incredibly professional from the moment he greeted us, explaining his process step-by-step. He worked tirelessly from start to finish.We are so grateful to the company for accommodating our schedule and returning three times, Before meeting Rocky we met another Hawthorne employee that recommended absolutely everything we didn’t know we really extremely needed, that Man was truly a Professional and because of him and Rocky’s work neighbors will be contacting you guys soon for A Halo or for any plumbing needs! We apologize for our complaints about the scheduling, especially since we were the ones who actually caused the delays. Through it all, Rocky showed immense patience. Even after dealing with our difficult attitude, he remained exceptionally kind, polite, and engaging. Our whole family loved him. Jesse came out to work on my problem and took days to jackhammer through concrete that we didn't know was under the dirt, to fix the sewer line.
