• I had a truly wonderful experience with this company. I hired them to install 5 mini splits in my house. Mario and Micah were just fantastic. Mario came out first to give the (very reasonable) estimate, and then both came out to go over with me precisely where I wanted them placed, before the actual install. I really appreciated that step. Then they came out to do the job exactly when they said they would, and did beautiful work. Literally beautiful too....I had thought that the hoses and lines going over the roof and wall would be a bit unsightly, but they made it look like house jewelry. I was extremely pleased with how good they were with my dogs, in spite of the less trained one barking at them. And to top that, Mario provided the best after hours customer service call ever. (Nothing was wrong except for my understanding of how the remotes work. But it was a huge relief to know that!) I can't recommend highly enough.

• Highly recommend Hi-Tech/ Mario’s services. They helped us out when we were at a loss of what to do. We hired a bad contractor that didn’t want to fix their own workmanship. We called HiTech multiple times for advice and next steps while having to deal with the bad contractor. They scheduled us in as soon as possible and came out earlier than expected to help us because they knew how many problems we were having with our current contractor. They fixed the problem the same day and was straight forward. (This was after months of being lied to by the previous contractor). They are also priced well and you get quality work. It’s refreshing to see a company that stands by their work. We will never go anywhere else.

• We had a walk in refrigerator fail and the response we received from Hi-Tech Heating and Cooling was second to none. They scheduled to fix it the following day but called that afternoon and squeezed us in to fix it the very same day. They sent two skilled and professional technicians named Christian and Micah who traveled all the way up to Los Alamos and stayed until 2 a.m fixing the walk in.
