• We felt well taken care of! We just moved here a year ago and watched our AC unit struggle all summer long. and $400+ electric bills for a modular home was tough to choke down! Early October, it died. We called three companies to give us a bid. John made it in record time to help us out and sat with us to explain what was wrong! He was super knowledgeable and fun to chat with! We felt so comfortable with him and his quote that we cancelled the other two appointments while he was there. I liked the honesty!!! Then the two reps came to install. They were great! my Golden Retriever loved them so much that he sat on their lap! We were very pleased! We could tell a difference in the air quality & quantity within the home immediately!! I would recommend them over all others any day!!! Sometimes you just know when you meet the one!! On a hot Friday afternoon they had a tech here in 30 mins, diagnosed our issue and had a really affordable service visit price! Ordered the parts for our unit and came back to do repair Monday morning. They were so thorough and made sure they did everything they could for us to get the most from our AC. All of the techs were professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient, they sent quite a few to handle the job! John was great with giving us a solution to an issue we had with the location of the unit on the roof and how to keep from overworking the compressor. • Hands down the best service I've received in a long time. Had an issue in the morning with my unit freezing up and called John's Heating and Cooling first and they wanted to charge me $3500 to replace my blower and 9 other things they supposedly found to charge me for. Called Honest Air at 1030am for a second quote. They had John out to my property by 130pm and within 20 minutes he told me the issue- being the blower needed to be replaced- and then everything should be back up and running. Cost me less than a 1/4 of the cost the other company was going to charge me and he didn't attempt to nickel and dime me for other issues or sell me on a new unit. There are still honest people/companies out there and this one is one of them. Highly, highly recommend.

• I have been dealing with Honest Air Mesa for years, the owner Jeff is a Great Guy. My unit is 11 years old and it just wasn't acting right. Jeff's son made the service call and just like his Dad he's a Great Kid. He came out and found what was wrong immediately and fixed it and did a maintenance check. • I received a quote from Geoff with Honest Air back in May, along with some quotes from a few other ac companies. I was most impressed with the technician Geoff, he wasn't pushy,. He serviced my very old unit and told me what was going on with it. He was knowledgeable, easy going, and I got the impression he was honest, unlike some of the sales reps/techs from the other companies that came over. • I found this place when I was shopping for a new system for our two-story house with two complete systems. Their quote was not the lowest, but it was within $200 or so of the lowest. I went with them because of how much the tech John explained and how patient he was with my questions. His answers all made sense, and he listened very well. When I dealt with Jeff, he was always very professional, accurate, and honest. I just had them out for a small repair to the other system I did not replace, and again had a great experience. I used the service request link on their website on the weekend, and I had a call back on Monday morning, and they were able to come out that same day.
