• Woke up to no hot water and my 16 yr old water heater dripping water. Called JSM at 7:30 am ,by 9:30am Joe was in my driveway with a new water heater . They are very professional and took care to make sure everything was done neatly, carefully and correct. Because Joe is soo thorough, he noticed some small holes in my flue that could have been missed and leak carbon monoxide into the house, he took care of that too!. So thankful for guys like Joe that answer the call, don’t keep you waiting all day and charge you a fair price !

• I was having problems with my furnace when I suddenly had an issue with one of my radiators that was running water like a faucet. I called Joseph, and he immediately answered the phone and offered to come over to shut the water off and take a look at the problem. Thankfully, my father had already been able to turn the water off, so Joseph arranged to come out the following morning. He made a 9:00 AM appointment with me and arrived promptly, right on time. Joseph took the time to carefully explain what was happening and what needed to be done. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and thorough, and I really appreciated that he didn't rush through the situation. He spent a considerable amount of time making repairing everything and making sure it was properly working after the repair was done and also, that I understood the work that would be required. It's not always easy to find someone who is this responsive and dependable, especially when you're dealing with an unexpected home emergency. I really appreciated Joseph's quick response, professionalism, and willingness to help. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable!

He got the situation immediately, drove 30 miles, identified everything required in order of priority. • My experience with JSM 24/7 was beyond superb!! We had our radiator pressure valve spring a leak in the middle of the night on new years while we were out of town and literally flood from the top floor down to the basement. When we called to try and find anyone who was available, no one was available to come for over an hour and half! jSM 24/7 Emergency service caught my eye and true to the company’s name, was available at 2 am. After explaining the situation, Joe’s first instinct was to help us figure out how to stop the flow of water first remotely. Asked for photos of the boiler room setup and informed us of which pipes to shut off, etc. All of this even before we engaged him to come over and do the work. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed the situation, stop the flooding, drain the system and obtained the replacement parts necessary and fixed the problem. And helped shop vac up all of the water from the flooding. The fact that we were able to get this disastrous situation resolved while away on holiday is a testament to JSM 24/7 effectiveness and professionalize.

• Lost heating at our home when temperature dipped down to the teens over Sunday. Found Joe through the NextDoor app. He came within 20 minutes on Sunday morning, accurately diagnosed the problem. The relay circuit board needed to be replaced. We needed it right away because if we did not, there was a good chance that our pipes would freeze overnight without heat. Joe knew a supply store in Brooklyn that had the part. I offered to drive and pick it up. I went to pick it up while Joe went to other appointments. Once I came back with the part, Joe came back and installed the circuit board. Ultra- focused and professional. We turned the power back on and our boiler was firing again. Even though we lost heat at the worst possible time, Joe came through. If he didn’t know that supply place that was open on Sunday that had the part, it could have been real bad. Joe saved the day.
