I am so happy with the service! It was Labor Day and my ac died. I called late in the day (around 6) but they still got someone out to help me out! Special props to Zach! Thank you so much!

Cannot say enough good things about Kelly and Dawson. Their 24 hour service answered our call and had a technician out early on a Saturday. Zach diagnosed the problem quickly. And even on a holiday weekend, sourced the part needed then came back to complete the repairs the same evening which restored our AC during 100+ degree days. We are extremely impressed by their service and customer care.

We purchased our air conditioner unit through Kelly and Dawson and haven it maintenanced (almost) every year. Our breakers were flipping and it was Over 100° out I know they were busy but they sent a tech out within an hour to check my AC unit. Kelley & Dawson Service sent Zach out today, who was here around 2 pm when I called urgently at 11 am. We called 6 other companies who were entirely unavailable and found this to be a blessing and fortuitous connection. They were polite and informative on phone and called when Zach was close to being on his way. Within approximately 5 minutes of being here, he was able to identify it was the capacitor that went bad. He replaced it and cleaned out our Trane since we had missed some maintenance the last two or three years. The overall visit was slightly less than an hour. I was floored I found a tech able to come out today, and satisfied with pricing, quality of service and professional demeanor of the technician and staff. We will use Kelley and Dawson again. 😊 Thank you!!

AC unit went out at 6:00 pm. I called and they got back to me right away that they could come out but we had already left our house the night. (100 degrees and we didn’t know if anyone would be available) They came first thing the next morning. Zach was AWESOME! He diagnosed our issue right away and was able to get the new circuit board installed quickly! He also cleaned out our unit and explained everything and was transparent with pricing! He even put up with my overly chatty teenager who wanted to know everything about what he was doing. Amazing service, very knowledgeable and friendly! Fast, affordable and stress free! They were respectful of our property and did a great job protecting our carpet and flooring when removing our old equipment. I repaired my ac unit due to a bad condenser motor. I couldn’t get the system to turn once my repair was complete. I tried everything then I called. Ivan helped me diagnose the situation over the phone and advised me to press the compressor pressure switch. System immediately started working. 10/10 experience and I highly recommend Ivan! Yet ANOTHER FIVE STAR REVIEW! I called as soon as I realized my home heating system was not starting up and it was getting cold. I was told they could have someone out Later THAT DAY! WOW! Caleb and new guy Christian (In Training and doing well) Came out and got it fixed for a very reasonable charge and very fast. I already had it opened up and had mostly figured out the problem. But they confirmed the relay was bad that stat starts the gas flowing. No Fire. But they were good with my watching and asking questions, Very friendly and personable, and very respectful. Good work was completed. This system was installed by K&D back in August 2014 and this is the FIRST time there was an issue. Our original encounter with these guys was fantastic back in 2014, and today they showed they are still the best in the biz in Wichita! These guys will ALWAYS be my first call when it comes to our AC/Heat. ALWAYS.

Had a shorted connection to my A/C unit and Ivan with Kelley & Dawson quickly located the problem and fixed it. Michelle and BJ are great to work with as owners, and Ivan, my tech is always super courteous, professional and friendly. I've had a service contract with K&D for years now, and I always get excellent and professional service and repairs. Ivan is an amazing HVAC tech and I couldn't be more pleased with the service.
