Always hesitant to hire any company to come out and work on utilities. Needed a quick check up on the AC unit and Midwest Mechanical did a great job at a reasonable price. I had a very positive plumbing experience with Jason Salas. He diagnosed the problem with the water heater. He is highly efficient because even though the water heater is so old, he tried several things to make it work. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He got it to work smoothly and stayed to make sure it continued to work fine. He was very friendly, polite and respectful.

Really happy with the service guy who fixed the air conditioner. Was very helpful and answering my questions on what went wrong with the unit and he was very good at explaining what was broken and what I could do to make it less vulnerable. He was also very good at answering my questions on how I could keep the unit clean and hopefully I could extend the life that way. I will be a repeat customer.
