  • I Contacted Andrew last night about my AC not blowing Cold Air it was after hours he was on another call and let me know he was on the way. . He came out and had me fixed up in minutes explaining what he did and that I am on borrowed time so start saving up lol. But if any issues let him know. And he will work with me on whatever it takes to keep me up and running I would highly recommend Mike’s & Sappio’s for your HVAC needs

  • We were staring at a costly system replacement after having another company out claiming that we had a broken compressor after they grossly over filled it with refrigerant. Our system is relatively old but has always worked reliably well. So after having the system freeze up on a hot Kansas day this other company claimed that it would be cheaper to replace the whole system because of a “broken compressor”, they had over filled our compressor which caused it to lock up and completely stop working. Within 20 minutes Andrew, from mikes and sappios, had our compressor working again and had the system cooling by the next day with the correct parts in it. You’re kidding yourself if you waist your time with any other HVAC company in town. 10/10

What stands out most is that these are real people who own and operate a truly local business, and it shows. They’re knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, and genuinely seem to care about doing the job right. Their technicians actually troubleshoot the system, explain what they’re finding, and give you clear options without making you feel pressured. Their pricing is fair, their work is thorough, and they don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. If your system needs to be repaired, they’ll work to repair it. If it genuinely makes more sense to replace it, they have the knowledge and experience to do that right too. After dealing with enough contractors over the years, finding a company you can completely trust is a big deal. Mike’s & Sappio’s has absolutely earned my business for life. If you need HVAC work, I genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough. These are the kind of local businesses I want to see succeed.

  • Andy is just an awesome human.. he actually picked up my call and talked through my woes i had had with 2 diff hvac people. Told him i was upset and just needed help and he came right out and diagnosed my issue in less than 10 mins and even showed me exactly what he found and why the evap coil i had tended to fail in that way. Talked me through options and pros and cons to each and experience with the system i had. He said he would get together a team and come make it right and he did. He was meticulous with everything, stayed a little extra to get the settings just right and didnt make me feel like i was just another block of time to mark off on his schedule. I highly rec this place. Plus he actually knows what hes talking about and doesnt just say words. The best!
