• I have used Knox Mountain Mechanical multiple times over the last few years for small plumbing jobs and emergency leak repairs to large jobs involving opening up ceilings and floors to run vents and gas lines for new dryer installs and even a gas heater install for a swimming pool. Mark, the owner, actually knows what he is talking about and rather than just saying 'yup' 'yup' and throwing a high number at you, he carefully considers the job, says what is not safe or not possible and will usually suggest a few alternative approaches to accomplish what the customer wants. Most importantly, he is honest. If the furnace can be repaired, he won't try and sell you a new one. His pricing is reasonable - he won't take advantage of you and he is worth what he charges. With anyone cheaper I have gotten what I paid for and usually hire Mark to come fix it later anyway! Mark's partner Justin, is simply amazing. He treats you like a person, actually knows what good customer service means, has a great attitude and is always friendly. On more than one occasion, he has gone out of his way, and outside of working hours, to help me in those urgent "oh my god my floor has an inch of water on it, I can't find the leak and I don't trust restoration companies, what do I do!" type situations. So, spare your time, don't call anyone else and call Knox Mountain Mechanical. Mark and Justin and team will do quality work for a fair price and you'll actually like them as people.

• I’m so impressed with this company. I’ve unfortunately had 2 emergency type situations and in both instances I have been rescued by this company and their team. In October I needed to replace my on demand hot water and in this last week I needed to replace my furnace. Knox Mountain Mechanical was able to get things moving on a Saturday for no extra charge. They communicated every day over the course of the process in both installations (including weekends). Their customer care stands out on its own. I wish it was more the norm but none of the other HVAC companies I’ve hired for maintenance, replacements or emergencies have been as prompt, responsive, professional, or competitive in quotes.
