Been working with Michael and his team for many years. Unfortunately Michael passed away. I had them do a service call on my air conditioning, and was told that I needed a new unit. I got the bid and decided I might want another bid. The 2nd company made a service call and said THERE is nothing wrong with your unit, just needs to be cleaned. When I asked American Air why this occurred they told me that the technician that sent gave is no longer an employee there because he had made this mistake on a couple other jobs Glad I got another opinion, saved $10k. Everyone makes mistakes, that’s why you always need to verify. This was just my recent experience
