• Kaleb came by to do a check up on my HVAC as part of my yearly membership. He is friendly and courteous. I appreciate that the technicians take pictures and show me what is happening in the attic. They also ask for brooms to clean up after themselves since a little debris falls on the floor when they head up to the attic. I only removed one star for tardiness, which I think has more to do with how the company schedules and dispatches its workers, so it isn't Kaleb's fault. My appointment window was 1-5:00. I sat at home all afternoon (and even called to check at 4:30). At 5:15 Kaleb arrived. His service lasted until 7:50. My AC was installed last year by Your Air and is running well. It just needs some cleaning and I want to install a new return grill. All in all, the service is good, and the products are good. The timing needs work.
