• “WATCH OUT”!!! Very crooked and unscrupulous company. They were called out to find why my ac unit was making a rattling noise and to unclog my condensation drain line, the ac was cooling fine with no issues, their technician went out and emptied the Freon and then left. Called their office and said they were trying to get information from the manager and would call back. They never called and stopped answering our calls until my wife called from another number and they picked up and told her the same excuse. Now remember the ac is now only blowing warm air and my wife has been sitting in a hot house for 4 hours. Then at 6:40 pm I get a text on how will I be.wanting to pay for the service fee….and stating that my compressor was locked up and that they can legally remove the Freon from the ac. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKED INDIVIDUALS!!! I will be contacting the DA & AG OF Houston and have them investigated on their business practices.

• Was worried about going through home warranty and getting assigned this company, but the technician Dante arrived first thing in the morning and troubleshot my AC that wasn’t cooling. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and stayed until the new system was set up to make sure I wasn’t left with another day of extreme heat without AC. He also checked the capacitor, Freon, drip pan level in the attic, and answered all of the questions I had. I would be happy to have him help in the future if the need ever arises.

• Horrible company. They did replace Condenser & Evap Coil replacement for my unit - but just plain refused to send me the information for me to register. After much pushing, they sent just the condenser information and for the life of me, I couldn't figure out why they wouldn't send the info for the Evap Coil. I asked and asked for over 1.5 months. They also went to take pics of the information - but still they didn't send it to me. It may not matter, except I needed to register the 2 components for Warranty purposes.
