This is my go to AC company. I've posted many times about the amazing service I receive from these guys. So much so that I don't mind spending the money and that's saying an awful lot. Their honesty puts you completely at ease. Today Juan serviced the AC unit at my rental and as expected he was extremely knowledgeable, walked me through the issue, and was a delight to talk with. You guys rock!!!

Our upstairs sink was having water back up, so I reached out to Chris on Sunday night. He responded promptly and explained that the sink is where the AC drains, so if that drain becomes clogged, the AC can cause the sink to fill with water. On Monday, he sent a technician right over, and sure enough, that was exactly the issue! The technician had everything resolved quickly and was very professional and efficient. I can’t say enough good things about Chris and his staff at Spring Branch AC & Plumbing. They are truly the best! Great customer service, quick response, and professional work from start to finish. I highly recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My air conditioner stopped working at 8:00 pm on the hottest day of the year. At 10:00 pm I left a message at Spring Branch. At 6;00 am I already had a message from Chris the owner saying I was on today’s schedule. I then spoke to Chris’s scheduler K.C. who said I would have a tech at my house between 10:00 am and noon (KC is a wonderful person whom I have worked with before). Rene the Tech arrived at 11:30 am. He diagnosed and repaired the problem in 1/2 hour. He was a fantastic young man. Given that this was a Friday and the hottest day of the year, I thought that for sure I would be spending the weekend in a hotel. The Spring Branch Team made sure that didn’t happen. They are the best.

I can’t begin to find the right words to express how great this company has been to us. They stand behind what they install - for example, our 3 year old a/c wasn’t cooling and they came out the next day and replaced a capacitor. No charge to us - not even a service call charge. I also like that we get the same service technician each time. Call them - you won’t regret it!

Of course our unit breaks down right before a 3 day weekend. But we got on their calendar and as soon as they were back to work, they had a tech at our house, he quickly identified the problem, was able to provide a temporary solution. House was cooling again. They returned a few days later and replaced the bad part. They are a great family owned business. Highly recommend which we did to another friend and as soon as the tech was done at my house, they headed over to our friends house and also got them up and running as well. Friend called and thanked me for the referral.
