• Interesting all the reviews are 5 stars, so here's an honest review. Joke. Scam. Liars. Anything else in-between, so this company put a whole "brand new" ac system, condenser AND air handler, at the house back in May-ish of 2025. Requested paperwork for it you know for record keeping and nothing and NOW i know why. At first everything was OK, air worked good enough but then a capacitor went out and Byron came out and replaced it with a bigger size capacitor back around March of 2026 (not sure the exact date). Fast forward to now, AC wasn't blowing cold or keeping the house at temperature. After calling Byron several different times ( I will point out that he did claim he and his crew were on another job and wasnt able to come but a guy did cone out) saying the pressure switch was not functioning properly which was casuing the short circuit and that he replaced it at no charge. Well come to find out after I had 2 different AC companies look at the unit, they say the pressure switches were never changed, those are the old ones causes there is 2 of them, the unit outside (condenser) was manufactured in 2013 AND leaking freon in a known spot, the coils in the air handler is either 7/1/22 or 7/12 (however ADP brands their parts) whichver is still obviously old. According to the manufacturer the capacitor was way too big for the unit and could have damaged the compressor. Why does this matter? Cause this system uses 410A Freon which is no longer made. Remember I said they would not give us paperwork? Now we know why, everything that was installed was old and my guess now was used, and the only way to fix the issue is now to buy another outside unit AND coils in the air handler. I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for an AC company. Update...... bless my heart huh, that's funny especially seeing how the "owner" doesn't respond to phone calls or texts. Who am I? Former client, and very real. I will back track and admit i was wrong on 2 point in my original post, 1st one is the date, it was ALOT later in the year of 2025, AND my invoice does say refurbished unit. Everything else I stated is correct (surely you wouldn't deny that TC installed the unit) and on my invoice it states plain as day Evaporator coils and transition box are under warranty along with the condenser and after i get a bit more advice....I will have no issue in posting it here along with our text exchange and lack of, but don't worry I have never mentioned any money or was wanting money, just to fix the AC, thats all, hell i was willing to even pay for the repairs but not anymore. FYI just cause you go throwing Bible verses doesn't make you a preacher. I can do it too...."It is mine to avenge; I will repay. • I normally dont giver reviews but I felt Inclined to give one this time. Chip came out to my business after I fired my last A/c guy due to him sabotaging my system to a point where I had to replace the unit. Chip came over and he came highly recommended by a good friend of mines. His prices were reasonable and he was extremely more thorough than any of my previous contractors. He explained everything to me and what he plan on doing. They were able to replace the unit the same day on a friday.
