  • Response time and attention to detail great.

  • If I could give negative stats I would. They will sell you anything and say you have a warranty but come up with issues they knew at the time and don’t tell you to void your warranty. If you change your own filters they will void your warranty. Worse than an insurance company and predatory business practices go anywhere else!

  • Mason was our tech for clogged drain line. We have been customers of Airpro for many years and continue to be pleased with their service.

  • Airpro is refusing to service their own unit after a mistake by their worker flooded our attic with water and we had to call the insurance company due to the water damage and subsequent mold. This is also taking our money for the yearly contract with them. ------ I have pretty bad health conditions and my dad paid for a whole new central AC in the house (like 23 grand or something) before I moved back with them. The humidity in the house is off the charts and the temperature in my room is 10-20 degrees hotter than any other room. They come out to "look" and nothing changes....not to mention not doing the work my dad had signed on for and being like "oops we installed the wrong one" when he was paying them. Every article online is saying it's probably too small of an HVAC unit and I honestly wouldn't be surprised with how shady they were when they realized they had installed the wrong order and "assured" him it was okay and would function like the person who inspected the house had said it would.....honestly not sure why they didn't stop and he more careful initially

  • Johnny the tech that cane out was very attentive and detailed. Took the time to walk me through my AC unit to show me what exactly was wrong. We are back up and running. I definitely would recommend and ask for Johnny.

  • To be honest I will never call them again. The service was great. However, I was charged $650 to replace a $50 part that took 15 minutes to replace. Raked me over the coals for something I could teach my 5 year old to do. A simple 3 wire capacitor replacement.

  • My 13-year-old Lennox AC died a couple of weeks ago. After an extensive search for AC contractor, I chose AirPro for a replacement, and I am very glad I did. The entire experience was smooth and professional—from the initial inspection by Mason, to the installation by Samuel and his teammate, to the final quality check by John. Everyone was knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and down-to-earth. They made sure I understood the work being done and patiently answered my questions. AirPro was not the cheapest contractor I had found, but a lower price is not everything. In the end, the quality of their work and service made me feel I got what I paid for. I would recommend them to anyone looking for AC installation.
