• My AC abruptly stopped working and I was able to get someone out on the same day. Coby, the third generation son of this family owned business, was my technician. He was very cordial and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and showed me pictures. He did not try to upsell me. I know that my AC unit is old and needs to be replaced, but he gave me options on fixing it now so that I could save for a new AC unit in the future. I thought I was going to be spending thousands today and my bill was less than $500. I will definitely use this company again. They are very reasonably priced, professional, and prompt with their services. They also offer a maintenance package that is billed monthly that I will definitely take advantage of once I get my new AC unit. Would highly recommend.

• I want to thank Kim and Tim Newton / Air-Ton for taking my call while they were on vacation. Who does this? Well, I will explain: it's the ones who care and aren't just taking your money! I was concerned about an emergency: my daughter, son, and son-in-law were in the heat; I was 12 hours away, their AC was out, and you can't trust anyone with your home but this company. These guys set the appointment from out of the country, had someone at my daughter's home in about 10 hours, were truthful and honest, and it was extremely fair; they made us feel less stressed and more at ease spending our money! The deal is done; we were given options and chose to replace rather than start the journey of pouring money into a sinking ship. Thank you again for not only being there but also going the extra mile, even across the country. Your kindness to my children and the way you treated us like family goes beyond words. • We have been using this service to maintain our air-conditioning and heating units for the last couple of years. We have been so impressed by the quality of their technicians and their prompt and friendly service. This time we had a clogged drain line from one of the AC units as well as a blown capacitor. They came out within 12 hours of our reporting and fixed the problem, even though the drain line was really badly clogged.
