Unfortunately I need to give Village Plumbing, Air, and Electric 1 star. I wish I could give zero. They came out to fix a plumbing leak in my yard which required turning the water off to the house. I made it very clear that we had a cancer patient in the house and we needed water restored as soon as possible. The technician left, hadn't tested it to make sure the water came on, did not tell us he was leaving and surprise it was not working. When I called to ask them to come back I got an AI robot and no call back until 1 pm the next day. Then let's address their payment request. I had given the tech my credit card prior to the service. They never charged it. I received an invoice last night. Today before I had a chance to pay the invoice (had been less than 24 hrs from receipt) I got a TEXT that said I hadn't paid and would be getting a demand letter and if I didn't pay by COB I would have a lien put on the house. Meanwhile they have had my credit card for several weeks and had never invoiced me. 0/10 do not recommend.

Not a good experience! We wanted a quote on installing a new kitchen faucet that we had purchased. The tech, Josh White, came out and spent about an hour talking about his personal plans. During this time he was busy trying to work up quotes on everything but what we had asked for he even went so far as to go up into our attic ( with our permission ) and tell us our heater had a leak, took a picture of some substance that looked like water. We found that strange, as we had had a home inspection in April before we moved in and there was nothing in the report regarding a leak in the hot water heater. The following day I personally went up into the attic and checked the heater thoroughly and could find nothing. After wasting our time for an hour we finally had to demand the quote for installing the faucet! $700 for installation! We said way out of line and no thanks! We actually had had it done for half the price the next day Update Just wanted to clarify the whole point of my dissatisfaction with this company was the technician spent over an hour doing everything but what we had originally asked for…..a quote, we had to insist he give to us.In the end we felt the quote was way too high. Then there was the “ water heater has a leak “ with a picture of a drop of something on the top of the unit. That to me personally was dishonest.

The customer service is horrible, they arrived late on the calls, they lied about everything I paid for, and argued with me about what I paid for. Definitely do not recommend. Update Donald came out and fixed my leak and he was an absolute professional.

I’m giving two stars because we’ve used Village for other things over 3years now and they’ve always worked. Recently we were quoted $1722 for a toilet 🚽 install. My wife brought it to my attention that after I had paid, the 1st tech had quoted us $500 or lower. After looking and researching, the average cost is under $700 dollars for an install. After all the money we’ve spent with Village, I wouldn’t think they’d get over on us,,,smh. But this has taught me a lesson, research and learn to fix things for myself. They lost me
