• Do not trust their pricing. I’m pretty sure they just look in some manual to tell them what to charge for a job. They tried to charge me almost $700 more to replace a blower motor and they couldn’t even get the factory part. They tried to sell me on a cheap aftermarket part with no warranty and iffy performance. They didn’t even offer a reduced price on the cheap aftermarket part. Same price as if it were a quality factory part. Fortunately I called around. I was able to find an AC place that knew what they were doing. Got me the factory part and installed for a lot less money. UPDATE: unfortunately I’m not able to respond to the company’s response. They absolutely did provide me a quote to install the cheap aftermarket product and I have the quote they sent me. One more reason no to trust this company.

• Definitely receive exceptional service from Southern Comfort Heating and Air Services!!! The thermostat was reading 87° inside the house and went all the way up to 90° and everyone was uncomfortable. We were almost at the point. We were going to have to leave the house and rent a room. The humidity had the walls and everything sweating. We contacted Southern comfort and they were immediately able and get the issue resolved. It turns out that the air conditioning system was not draining properly and that we were failing to properly maintenance the system, so it did not drain, which caused it to back up. It was causing the air-conditioning unit to automatically turn off. We had no idea and everyone who we contacted was Excessive price to even diagnose the problem. Thank you so much for your exceptional service. We are forever grateful.
