Kent at M&S Heating and Air helped me on a hot day with no air. He was quick to respond and arrived when he said he would. His friendly approach made the day better. He was quick to diagnose the problem and made the repair needed. His fee for the service call was surprisingly very reasonable. I certainly won’t have a problem recommending him to someone needing his services and I will certainly use him again when needed.

Of course things breakdown when you need them most. It was hot and the AC fan motor went out. It is an older model and M&S was able to find a compatible aftermarket replacement. We did not have to replace the whole heater that houses the circulating fan at potentially three times the price. Thank you Kent and crew!

We are so grateful to Kent. Our AC kicked out last night and we were able to contact him and have him come out to both assess and fix our unit the very next morning. With a 100 degree heat, Kent went and got us the part the same day instead of just ordering and waiting for it to come later. I’d give him 10 stars if we could! We’ve had a prior company come a while back a year ago assess our AC situation and even suggest a total replacement when all it needed was filter change, so having someone honest, helpful, and going out of his way to help us in a heat wave speaks such volumes to him and the way he runs his company. Conversation with AI is amazing, She took my info and scheduled a service and sent an e-mail conformation. Then things brookdown; the serviceman didn;t know or was unable to keep the appointment. Noone in the office was involved in the process, so I was left with no service and no contact. You need to correct this procedure. Once the office rescheduled the service and the serviceman arrived, he was great and the service was great.

M+S is simply the best. Kent is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. Ray has serviced the furnace and air conditioner at many of our properties and is always super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and give us confidence they care about keeping our systems running well and even gives us tips on what we can and should be performing regularly ourselves. On a side note, we tried a different company once and only once. We've regretted not using M+S that one time multiple times since.
